The new Ford Bronco Raptor is already arriving at dealerships.

Due to its status as the best off-road SUV, the Ford Bronco Raptor is in great demand. The Bronco Raptor has, unsurprisingly, sold out for the 2022 model year, so production and distribution to dealers will begin shortly. Bronco Raptors are shipping and arriving at dealerships, according to a recent tweet by Ford Product Communications manager Mike Levine. For the select few who have been holding reservations since 2020, the wait won’t be too much longer.

Specifics about the Ford Bronco Raptor
When Ford unveiled the Bronco Raptor in January of this year, it sent shockwaves across the automotive industry. Its base price of $68,500 puts it just below the F-150 Raptor, but it can easily surpass the $90,000 mark with all the extras. A 3.0L V6 engine generates 418 hp and 440 lb-ft of torque, so you won’t be lacking in muscle. The next engine down the Bronco line is a 2.7L turbocharged V6 that produces 330 hp and 415 lb-ft of torque, so that’s a big upgrade. The Ranger Raptor, which will be sold in North America the following year, will share the Bronco Raptor’s 3.0L twin-turbo V6 engine and be assembled at the same factory. Indications are that the next midsize off-road vehicle will have comparable power output.

The first-ever Ford Bronco Raptor has 13.1 inches of ground clearance thanks to its completely boxed chassis, racing truck axles, and Fox dampers. More so, the only factory-supplied tire size is 37 inches, and it is the BF-Goodrich KO2 all-terrain tire. In 2022, Ford will enable select reservation holders to transition their purchases from the reserve to order phase. Therefore, only a select few, known as hand-raisers, will be able to take possession of 2022 Bronco Raptors at dealerships.

No information on the release date of the 2023 Bronco Raptor order books has been made public as of yet. People have already begun queuing up for the cheaper version, and when the Bronco Raptor is once again in production, they will do the same.
